Cone
Spanners
For disassembling and servicing the hub, used
to hold the cone whilst unscrewing the locknut
with an adjustable spanner. Usually you'll need a
15mm for a rear hub and a 13mm for a front hub.

Spoke Wrench
Handy little tool for adjusting spokes and
truing wheels. Unless you plan on building your
own wheels, then you probably don't need a truing
stand, but be careful because you can do more
damage than good if you don't know what your
